Everything you need for your life

Beachwood pays for all water, trash service, sewer, and gardening. Tenant is responsible for electricity. Unit is all electric. This community boasts pine trees and tropical foliage. We have gas barbecues, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, a pool table, a foosball table, and commercial work out equipment. Our laundry rooms are available 24 hours and there is one on both sides of the property. Our washing machines use the WASH app.

We are located across the street from the Home Depot, Subway, Taco Bell, Riip Beer & Pizzeria, Casa Jimenez Restaurant, Piccolo Stivale Restaurant, Saigon Distric Restaurant, Ouzo & Feta Restaurant, Tio Flaco Tacos, and Clifton Dance Studios, Via Hair Salon, Surf City Beach Cruisers, Gold Star Liquor and many other conveniently located businesses. Savers is across the way as well and the bus stops are just outside on Magnolia and at Garfield which makes it extremely quick to catch a ride to downtown Huntington Beach in just minutes!

Talbert Middle School of the Talbert Thunderbirds is just next door. A wonderful Middle School and is only 0.4 miles an 8-minute walk! Newland Elementary School of the Newland Dolphins is just 0.7 miles and only a 14-minute walk. Our high school students go to Edison (Go Chargers!) and Huntington High School (Go Oilers!).
